Hello all, this is where you can find all information on the rules, plot owners, etc. of Norwich.

***TOWN RULES***

1: Do not grief
2: Do not be rude to other residents and mayors
3: If you see a grief or a griefer, report immediatly to the forums!
4: You may only be inactive for 7 days max, any longer than that your plot and items will be taken with no refund. There are exceptions to the confiscation
5: If you are a co-mayor in a different town, do not advertise it to people in my town, you will be kicked
6: Hotels/ apartment buildings are not allowed, unless told otherwise by me. It is too much trouble to get a mayor to add people for you


Building Rules

1: Do not build over your plot
2: You may build from sky to bedrock
3: You may own a maximum of 4 plots
4: You may have a maximum of 2 people living in one house, extra person will cost 25% of the plot price (doesn't matter who pays, as long as it gets paid for)
5: You may not build hotels, unless allowed by me, because they only cause problems




Town Features

-All donation features (I will set up repair chests in the orange donut outside my house)
-PvP Trainging Area/PvP Arena, Fishing and Acrobatics mcMMO training area (in different town, allowed to use)

the pricing is done by $5/block so a 2x2 plot, which has 4 blocks, would be only $20... It's a good way to get many, many people :D :D I'm smart at pricing...
