Description: Making a larger description as Instructions/Results don't make much sense for this issue. I have included a link to relevant application. I have been gone awhile so I am actually not sure if this Medal was intentionally reset due to changes with VMR. If this is the case, I would humbly like to appeal this if possible as this effort and occasion was unique in that it serves as a record of achievement for the first Booklet medal ever achieved in VMR. While it may have been simpler back then, those were just the times, and I acknowledge that despite the effort being lower for the medal back then and the effort potentially not matching a granted prestige, I believe that the effort and significance of having achieved this back then is sufficient to have this medal restored, but of course this is left to the sole discretion of staff should this loss of medal be an intentional side effect.
