Brief Description: Unable to interact with objects while holding half slabs.

Instructions:
1. Go in a town that you do not have perms to
2. Hold a half slab
3. Try to interact with an object (door, chest, ender chest, gate, trap door, button, lever, anvil)


How many times did you recreate this bug?: many, found at spawn then tested in a seperate town with my perms removed

Result: Does not interact with objects

Expected Result: Should interact with objects

Also lwc's do not affect the bug. It can be a public lock, your own private lock, or even not locked at all and you still will not be able to interact with it while holding a half slab.
