Brief Description:
Ext creations [x] toggle sign can erase itself if orientation of lever is facing a specific direction relative to sign.
Instructions:

1. Make toggle sign
2. Place lever adjacent to sign as required, but pointing toward the sign.
3. Use block-switch
4. Observe sign

How many times did you recreate this?:
Discovered in existing build(worked a few days prior, but unsure of when change occurred), tested in two newly built locations on two different servers (M/MN).
Result:
Player's Ext creations doors/toggles may need to be refitted to work around this minor bug till a fix can be implemented. Only affects builds with toggle that has a lever in specific orientations.
Expected Result:
All lever orientations work.
