Minecraft Username: Jdawger Brief Description: Whenever I mine certain items that are both instabreak & in rapid succession, the quests system sometimes doesn't detect it. I noticed this for wheat (which I did in the video), beetroots, carrots, potatoes, netherrack, blackstone, and others Instructions: 1.) Find a quest that has items that instabreak & you can break in rapid succession (like wheat) 2.) Break them quickly 3.) Notice that it requires more breakages before the total required is met How many times did you recreate this?: Many times, once on recording Result: Not every block is counted (in the video, of the 952 wheat I still needed & exactly broke, only 837 registered) Expected Result: If I break 100 items quickly, I should have 100 breaks registered Evidence: Apologies for the garbage recording. I only had Zoom on this device to record
I am not able to reproduce this. I tested with wheat farming and deepslate ores with the Boosted Magic Pickaxe. Numbers are registering correctly. I will say if there is any wheat squares in the farm that are not fully grown it will not count - the quests/jobs are configured to only count fully mature wheat blocks.
I totally understand that, but every single wheat was fully mature. I made sure in my video I was in an area that had all mature Next time I get the 64 wheat quest, I will isolate an area of exactly 64 wheats AND make sure I am recording lol
@ClarinetPhoenix I did another recording with the 64 carrot quest. I made sure to indicate that they are fully mature carrots, I broke exactly 64, etc I did all these tests in the towns of elarenfarms & elarenfarms2 for reference
@Jdawger Since we just forked Jobs and attended to several bugs I'd like you to test this again and see if it is still an issue for you.
Tried it with the 64 pumpkin quest, with a L3 Pumpkin Axe, at /warp junglefarms. Broke exactly 64 pumpkins (which I measured). 57/64, meaning it didn't register 7 broken pumpkins
