Yes today I am going to tell you how to show you are playing minecraft on steam and get the overlay too Go to the top of the steam window to "Games" Then click "Add non-steam game to my library Click "Browse then if you dont have minecraft in your desktop you should do now When you have found your minecraft launcher in downloads or desktop Double click and It will add it and check it for you Click "Add selected programs" And minecraft is there so when you click play the launcher will open and when in game even the start screen press Shift and Tab at the same time and you now have your steam overlay and your friends know you are playing minecraft too Enjoy!!
No problem Its because mojang want to sell their game at their own website and at their on pace and I think not many people would buy it on steam because most people have it
