    Every time i try and join ECC on minechat I get a protocol error. I've tried joining other servers and it works completely fine, just ECC is the problem.
    I've deleted and downloaded minechat 3 times and I've restarted my phone. Any suggestions what to do next?

    Make sure you're using version 1.8 to connect to ECC.

    Minechat does whatever and breaks for no good reason all the time. You should be able to set the specific version manually.

    Do you use Minechat on iOS 6? I've used Minechat and it's crashed many times on my iPhone 3G.

    Make sure you have the latest release of minechat, and the latest update possible for your phone.
