Hello I am asking for a little help here with my account. I migrated my account to Mojang and now when i try to login it won't let me succeed. When I try to login it tells me that I need to login with my e-mail address, and sure enough when I try to do that it fails and I cannot login :(. I have finally given up and want to buy a new minecraft premium account from minecraft.net. I was wondering if you guys could remove the locks on my old chests and doors so i can at least get a good start on trying to make everything work. My old username was cearelkitty and now it is CottonFuzzyKitty [Pretty Obviously By The Same Person]. If you could regain my Resident Rank and Balance it would be awesome. If you can help me figure out the minecraft migration solution the efforts to having to do the listed requests will not be necessary. Thank you with your co-operation with my account difficulties and that if you could help me I might donate for your amazing effort :D

 

I tried to put in my e-mail address and it doesn't work :(

 

I put in both my e-mail and password of my Mojang account and it doesn't work. Mojang has also told many people that there are many issues with migration issues. It Mojang knows of this problem and that it has been around for a while.

 

When I try to login at Mojang.com it tells me "unknown username or password try again". When i try to login at minecraft.net its the same message. When i try to login with my username it tells me that "This account has been migrated please login with your e-mail address". When i try "Forgot my password" option i put in valid information and it is suppose to send me an e-mail but instead i get nothing at all. It works with my other account [CottonFuzzyKitty] but when i try with my cearelkitty account it does nothing, even the "Forgot my username" option under username.

 

And by the way is it really that hard to transfer all of my stuff and unlock all of cearelkittys locks? Really, is it.

 

I verified everything just please make it simple i already bought the account just destroy the locked doors and chests please.
