Brief Description:
melon farms are currently the best way to make money atm on ecc and with the price drop on pumpkins and wheat this leaves melons the better crop, and i think this chage would even them out.also melon slices are extremly low and if melons arnt lowered slices should be raised.

i know everyone is just gonna say melon farms are only good for silktouch and this is true but they are too good with silktouch. I dont know the exact stats but most people on the server who have a bit of money are trying to get silktouchs to farm melons, as it is easyly the best crop atm.

I agree, but it benefits me. I guess that 1.90 isnt a huge nerf, but the melon gods will still curse you (I am the melon god(s).

Most players will have eff4 tools, I did a time run over 1 min and made 270 in that minute. 270*60 is 16,200 and you will never get 100% efficiency so in an hour it would be more 15k which is not higher then the other crops so therefore it doesn't need to be lowered.

Think about it... you have to have an extreme stroke of luck or you have to shell out 15-10k to buy a silk pick... punpkins on the other hand you just get a normal-eff 4 axe and you can make tons of money...
Melons are good but cost a lot to obtain -

+1 melons need silk touch and are farmed SLOWER than pumpkins , i gain with eff 4 on my pumps in my 60x60 farm about $160 per row in like 1-2 minutes however melons in like 3-4 minutes is like 192$ if melons are 1.75 i would make 224$ per 4 mins , keep in mind if i double the time with pumpkins i make $320 with eff 4 on them, either melons go high or pumps go down

n what is this i thought nobody likes prices going down raise melons +1 -
pumps are now 0.75$ melons 1.50$
so now i can say that this suggestion can have -1
simply because 0.75$ is half of 1.50$ and with melons it takes double the amount of time to farm so now economy is balanced =)
