General Purpose of Contract:
Safety of the sale of a melon sword to @Jmillertime on a 6 week payment plan ID: #II12PC8J

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @DiamondDesire agree to give @Jmillertime my melon sword within 1 hour of this contracts approval
• I @DiamondDesire agree to give the ownership of this melon sword once @Jmillertime has paid the full amount owed on the sword. This includes late fees.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Jmillertime agrees to take responsibility for anything that happens to the melon sword within his possession. If the sword is broken or lost, @Jmillertime will continue on his payment plan.
• @Jmillertime agrees that if he is late on any weekly payment, 10k per day will be charged for every day late for the tool.
  
• @Jmillertime agrees that if he is over 1 week late with a weekly payment,@DiamondDesire has the contractual right to claim the melon sword back without refund for prior payments.
• @Jmillertime agrees that he will pay a 200k upfront fee for the sword with an additional 200k per week for the next 6 weeks totalling 1.4mil including upfront payment. If the sword is not paid off by the end of this payment period, February 10th, 2016,@DiamondDesire reserves the right to reclaim the sword without a refund.
• @Jmillertime is not allowed to rent out or sell the sword to anyone during this payment plan.
• @Jmillertime agrees that if any of the clauses of this contract are broken, a complaint will be filed and the staff team will take due action.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
