Buy from other users, the big usershops are almost always stocked up on netherstars.
Adding the stars to the ECC Shop would only ruin the purpose of voting and remove any scarcity it has. (There's always that one maniac that buys thousands of nstars)

Yeah for about 7x less than what you can sell to players.

No voting=lower place on server lists=less players find us=Not as many donations for the server to keep up=eventually, the server closes (maybe a bit too far stretched)

To sum up:

No voting=no server

First of all @Nyancats33, @lapkingkn , @Ian__D , @themightpk I don't think it is necessary to be posting gifs in a thread like this. The suggestion was clearly seriously made and the way the responses were given are quite insulting and I don't appreciate it.

Secondly, I am sorry Freddyagogo, but I don't think this is a good idea myself. The reasons are as follows:

1) The nether star system was literally made, a year ago, to encourage voting. If you can get nether stars another way, why vote? What is the prize at the end of the tunnel? A chance to get lucky? That small of a chance isn't enough to encourage voting and if the prize is purchasable with USD then it is pointless.

2) Lowering the cost of ECD in the Shop is highly unlikely to happen. The price was set that way for a reason and I don't think it would be a good idea for our current market to mess with that.

3) I know some players call ECC a pay to win or pay to play server but there are many aspects that don't qualify for that. This is one of them. If you want to get one of the best tools on our server then I personally think you should 1) Help the community via voting and 2) Work hard for the money to buy the stars.

Basically, what I am saying is that I cannot get behind this suggestion. -1
