General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of @Ndm57dcraft selling his melon sword to me on a payment plan :)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to pay 1.2mil within the time zone 8 weeks and sticking the the rules that I am allowed late days, 6 per week and the weeks cant overlap.

I agree to pay by these dates (These are the dates without late days)(Late days add 5k to that week that the late days are present)

Tuesday 14th April - 150k
Tuesday 21th April -150k
Tuesday 28th April - 150k
Tuesday 5th May - 150k
Tuesday 12th May - 150k
Tuesday 19th May -150k
Tuesday 26th May - 150k
Tuesday 2nd June - 150k

Payments will have to be paid by midnight gmt on each of these days, anything past midnight is a late day. Late days can go all the way up to Mondays midnight gmt

I will accept the melon sword within 24 hours of the contract being approved.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Ndm57dcraft by agreeing to this contract will give me the melon sword within 24 hours of this contract gets approved.
He will agree to all the terms above, such as allowing late days.

He will allow me to sell the melon sword at any point but I will still have to continue on paying the payments


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
