But it is about the effort though... farming melons is guaranteed money, and you can't deny that. 12k-15k an hour is really good for just holding left click and walking forward. The prices of the server are based on how much effort goes into making money. look at eff7 vs. melon sword for example... eff 7 requires a ton of work and you cant afk while using it, while with the melon sword you can go partially afk and there is little to no attention needed to do it. As I know Phys won't add this because she is sensible and smart, I'm out of this thread and my input won't be posted any more. Goodbye <3

Melon farming is printing money into the economy therefore the price is lower to prevent a lot of money from entering the economy.

Melon farmers get money by doing such an easy and effortless task. You want to make as much money as an eff7? Then buy an eff7 and put some effort in to it.

Lol this will only raise the price of the melon sword which means you have solved absolutely nothing. Higher demand = higher price. You've also just made all the other star tools/items more expensive. Raising the price by a few cents wouldn't make any significant difference as you'd only make a few extra hundred dollars per hour.

It is efficient. You're holding down 2 buttons and are getting 15k/hr for it. If you're smart enough you can even double the efficiency and use 1 whole button instead of 2 :eek: Think of all the energy saved not having to press that extra button.

If people think you should get more money because holding down 2 buttons is too hard of a task then I really worry about you.

1. You know why farming has been nerfed? No? Oh, because I can sleep and do it for that matter. It requires minimal effort to hold down a button or two while melon farming. I can watch TV, take a nap, and do all other sorts of things while melon farming. As well, it doesn't make as much money as well because not nearly as much money is needed as an investment to melon farm over the Eff7.
2. Price literally means nothing. It's the outcome and effort needed. The effort is minimal, so it's printing money into the economy, while mining requires a major amount of effort. Mining with an eff7 is not efficient at all, so I don't know where you got that figure from. When you say $20k/hr in eff7 mining, that means 20 minutes of fortuning ores on average. So, you spend roughly 1.5 hours to make $20k. So, you actually make more money through melon farming if you can add. $22.5k>$20k.

ok I have been on this server for a little over 6 months now and I keep reading you can make this much an hour at the end of the day you only get out what you put in there is no use complaining on what your not getting and focus on what you can get I was told Melon are the way to go so I tried and it was not for me so I tried pumpkins and that was much easier but you don't get as much profit so I started a potato farm it was not that big but I could make money on it that's how I ranked up yes its harder but I put the time in so what im trying to say is if you don't like the price of something don't buy it and there is money to be made you just have to work for it .
