Outragedzombie, This may well simply be a case of 'Block lag' on the server in which case you just need to wait for it to pass, however Via pm you told me this has been an issue for approximately 2+ days. This indicates that it is possibly a client side problem, as opposed to a server related problem; In which case, there is not an awful lot that we can help you with, what I can do is recommend some steps you can try that may assist you in this situation.

Firstly, Your internet connection, this may include restarting the router, checking online for your current internet condition as well as double checking that your internet speed is not being affected by any other (unwanted) appliances.

If you completed the previous step, but your problem persists, you may find it to be an error within your actual minecraft/java files, However, this is not very likely. Should this be the case I recommend searching online for a solution, or maybe other users who have had similar issues.

I am 99% sure that the source of the problem is simply server 'Block lag' and you may have been online over the 2 days at unfortunate times where the lag was apparent. If you believe this to be a client side problem, then follow the steps provided above. Still has block lag I don't think it's client cause it's happening to me too

 

Its happening for myself as well. Plus I can't seem to break any chests, doors or trapdoors. At least with melons, it takes a few seconds to break.

yeah its lagging for enderchests and melon blocks for me aswell.

I'm also having this problem and it's definitely sever side. The block break then come back.

I remember you saying something in-game about some sort of new anti-hack plug-in that crashed the computer if there where cheating and it would stop block drops, I can't remember exactly as I just glanced at it but as far as I can tell the problem started after this. I'm not saying it is this, just it might be.

its impossible to do proper melon-farming as it is now.

 

Ahh a it is the new anti cheat plugin it dose it on other servers to especially with eff tools. The hole this think your cheating sO it puts the block back andrew I recomened removeing the pluging because this is not the only server that has this issue and I know its not client side because it haPpens to me to and I can farm untill its fixed.

 

Yup, I've can't break melons properly for a few days now. I'm sure it happened after a restart, of some kind. I'm glad its not just me.

For some reason, breaking a workbench with a enchanted pick, doesnt work, but it works with an enchanted axe :p

Any block with any tool for me. Have to try multiple times until it works. I seem to have the problem the most when i am flying, if I'm on the ground it doesn't happen as much.
