General Purpose of Contract:
This contract was fabricated to determine the job and amount of payment for Oatmealman14

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will provide fair pay if work is completed, and will treat Oatmealman14 as an equal in the business, but will still maintain the position of president. I will honor his position within the company, and will not fire him unless there is an extremely serious breach in the server or company rules. He will be treated as a partner, and will be allowed to access all company information and buildings. He will have the power to fire employees if myself or a CEO agrees, and will have full reign, along with myself, of the buildings that the company controls, and will be able to farm for experience, as long as he records how much he farmed and it's worth.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
By signing, Oatmealman14 promises to follow the rules of the server and the company, and not try to get anyone from the business to either lose their job or get banned from the server. He also promises to accept a current salary of 15,000 a month, until I, Jewman332, believe that the business has grown enough for him to get paid more. He will not hire without my approve, and the approval of the CPOs, and will not create false documentation of the companies income or payment to employees. If he breaks any of these rules, he can be subjected to being fired.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
