Yes this is a known bug. I've reported it to @nossr50 and it should be fixed on the next version of McMMO. It will likely be a good month or two before we're running the newest one as it is under major development.
I'll be fixing as many bugs as I can before 2.1.0, we have over 150 open issues so I may not get to all of them. Stuff like this should be easy to fix though.
