Brief Description: Green thumb chance, with the lucky perk given by McmmoBonusPlus, is 88.89%. When tested, it appears that the working percentage is the same as without the perk. I have not tested this with other abilities affected by McmmoBonusPlus.

Edit: Upon further testing, I can confirm that the replant rate is 66%, so the lucky perk is not functioning (for Green Thumb, at least).

Instructions: Harvest a crop that is replantable with Green Thumb. Take note of how many are actuallyreplanted. For me, it appears that 66.66% or less are actually being replanted.
How many times did you recreate this bug?: 30+ long rows of Green Thumb affected plants. I made sure that it wasn't just a one-time anomaly.
