Hey guys, so while watching youtube videos I found a skin that I really want, but I can't find it anywhere. So I'm going to pay to have someone make it for me! (cuz I'm a nub and skin editors hate me)

The pictures will be below. I'd really like the skin to exactly match the picks in pattern/coloring, and I'd love the eyes to be the same as well.

IDK what skins go for, so my budget for right now is about 10k.
