So who is up for buying some towns from players going from resident to mayor?

 

I did that and I also bought a mayors presidency for the town for just 45k :3

 

Well... Once upon a time I was a mayor... but I have risen to President... I think I've already started taking over the world... I own 780,000 sq blocks of land...

 

I think president has to be the best rank. It's the real last useful rank, allowing you to purchase more towns :). Mayor down aren't as useful and Tycoon up are just a waste of money.

 

Well Tycoon is useful in that you can distinguish yourself a little from the myriad of presidents that exist.
