Some things changed:We don't have mobspawning and a hospital anymore.
Add for info: the mayors have donation features.
Red is removing and green is adding.
Please edit it, I will never ask to edit it again (or some things have to be removed like the hospital)

No Greifing [this means stealing also]
No building ugly and crappy buildings, [rather make it a house or a building[40x40 plots and 30x30 plots]
Be respectful.
Mind your language.
Do not build outside your plot. This means within the slabs.
Height Restriction [Max is 50 blocks high with exception of permission from mayors]
Farm Tower, reserve for 250 a week.
All Server Rules still apply.
