Additional information about your town: Small Underground city called Welkynd (named from the Welkynd stones found in Alyied Ruins in Elder Scrolls: Oblivion) Its a hand-dug system of tunnels and room- a Courtroom/meetingroom, 10 shop plots, a public garden, a portal room, and underground tunnel leading to the city, 2 different home plot areas available.
