    Users Involved in this Contract:
    @stig4532 @TheDiamondsGod

    General Purpose of Contract:
    To pay 45k for @TheDiamondsGod ' s town, Birka, and 40k on top of that so that they may acquire the Mayor rank.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    - To give @TheDiamondsGod 85k in exchange for his mayor application plus his current town, Birka. This is not the town he will own from his new Mayor rank.
    - The total 85k sum of money will be paid to @TheDiamondsGod as soon as this contract is approved.
    - @TheDiamondsGod will add @stig4532 as the sole owner of the town 'Birka' within 24 hours of the 85k beind paid to @TheDiamondsGod

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    - To post the application within 24 hours of receiving 85k from @stig4532
    - @TheDiamondsGod will repay the 40k as a loan for a timeframe of 2 weeks, with no interest rate to be applied.
    - To add @stig4532 as an owner and remove himself from the town within 24 hours after the Mayor application is accepted
    - To agree to add any town features that may be needed (; funds will be provided by @stig4532)
    - To allow a town transfer to occur when @stig4532 applies for one
    - Money will be paid to @stig4532 via the /pay system in-game

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    @stig4532 I need you to add a time frame in which you will give @TheDiamondsGod the 85k for the mayor application. Once this is done, @TheDiamondsGod I need you to post your agreement, and the proper format (which is located in the format section of this thread category).

    @TheDiamondsGod Thanks for posting it, at least I know that you found it XD unfortunately the other user @stig4532 has yet to edit his post. Once he edits the post, then you can post your part. I'd suggest waiting for him to comment that he posted or wait until I say you should post (make sure to re-read it though)

    @stig4532 I still don't see a time frame for you paying diamond the money. There needs to be a time frame for that, just like for him adding you to owners and etc.
