Being that you are so young its probably best you earn this achievement for your self on your own. Earning things on your own is more rewarding in the end.

 

ps. i took one year to be mayor... using $ for tools, useless stuff, 15 farm perms, balblabla. Just dont waste that $ for fun.

 

If IRL comes first and hinders your way, then treat this as a game and really work hard when you have the time to kill.. I can give you tips on how to earn money fairly well, just need you to PM me ingame and we can get started.

 

really, some people take this server toooooo seriously. so to the point, i need to build some infrastatures in my town and i pretty suck at building. So @Eremtheminer , if ur good builder i can offer u a nice building job. The payment can vary depends on ur effort u putted in the building/project.

Well @Eremtheminer I have/had school and yet I got mayor in about a month, advice: get a buch of odd jobs. You could make a lot of cash building 200x200 farms for people, I know for a fact that someone is looking for someone to do that
