- I will be mayor and represent the opinions of contributors.
- 50% will be payed by each party ($42,500)
- Both will be owners of the town
- We will collaborate and discuss all aspects of the town including but not limited to buildings, rules, and location
- Each party will contribute equally toward finding and building the town including but not limited to clearing land, setting up boundaries, and creating plots/buildings.
- All contributors that I represent will be respected and treated fairly
- The town will be established, set up, and running by Saturday the 23rd of August 2014.
