Edit i did the math and all i have to do is add 15 to the z but i will replace signs anyway.

Edit: I heard you could do /region info (name) to check town names. I did it and found no town named Japan. I will keep my new choice though but I am asking if the nation name of Japan is taken.

Edit i did that with Tokyo and it said no regions found.
