    @SuperAttorney since there are adjacent towns that are closer than 15 blocks, you also need to include the links to their town applications.

    @314 As of this screenshot, @Hex_of_Hives no longer has any authority over the town. However, if this is not good enough then I may be able to get him to post an agreement as well. Note it specifically says "full rights" are handed over - I assume that also stands for allowing another town to be placed nearby. Also, the town name in the screenshot is "BlueFarms" but this was changed in the application thread here.

    This, however, does not transfer original ownership of the town that is required for both town feature applications and agreeing to placing a town near it. This requires a town transfer application or a tycoon town claim that will transfer the original ownership of the town to you. Until then, the original owner will need to reply here.
