Well my signs were griefed and are gone, I'll be replacing them now.

 

Dorull12345 was the griefer, took all 4 signs and destroyed the border I placed up. Alukolli has used Investigator to find out who did it and Samike007 helped me to fix the border. I have screen shots of corners missing and Alukolli giving me the report along with the tower of dirt that was used to reach the top of the border.
