Yes. I would like my town to be within 15 blocks of the town Borrego. This town is owned by emuthenerd. However, it appears that he/she has not been online for a significant amount of time.​

Additional information about your town:

I will be living in this town with my two brothers, kiukk2001, and seakulta. I wish to become Mayor to protect land for ourselves and for any friends we make along the way.

P.S. I am not sure how deep/high the land will be claimed. I entered the coordinates all to be a Y:0, but if that causes the rest of the land above it to not be claimed, please let me know. Thank you!​

The town within the 15 block proximity of my proposed town location is apachesprings, not Borrego (Borrego is actually the next town over). The owner of apachesprings is voiddweller.
