    @Will_McAvoy_ENB will need to give permission to allow the placement of this new town. Also make sure that signs are placed at all four positions specified in your application.

    @Will_McAvoy_ENB , we need approval from the town owners nearby a new town to make sure that the owners are okay with the placement of the town.

    Now that everything is good, I will be promoting you/creating the town.
