    I believe 6 months, and the town would have to be claimed by someone (all owners would have to be offline from both server and forum for 6mths +) for a fee, then the new owner would have to give you permission.

    I could potentially claim it, but I don't have that kind of cash haha. Plus, I think I'd need to rank up to Tycoon first.

    @idkhowtoplay would you be able to make an exception to having Shersando agree to the new town? Since I gave Shersando the funds to build her town, agreed to have it built next to mine, am an owner of her town, and she's been offline for nearly 6 months?

    @DBriggsie , you will need to include the town applications of each town nearby the town you want to be made. Then the owner(s) will need to specify that they allow you to build your town within 15 blocks of said towns.
