Nope. It's a bit more than 15 blocks but they're my friend's town and they wanted me to build a town in these coordinates.​

Additional information about your town:

It's 200x200 and it's right on top of the ocean. I placed dirt blocks on top of the water and I am planning on making a town in this location right next to our other one.​
