I think he might be testing you to see if you correctly stated all towns within 15 blocks (or at least that’s what I think he is doing since I’m surprised as well that he is asking for the town app since the past seven that were placed here for the Canterlot Project didn’t need any surrounding town apps for the town to be created). If that’s the case, then I messed up. I forgot Cantl_tunnel is within 15 blocks as well.
