    You've placed your posts in the Mining world, we cannot place towns in the mining world.

    You will need to chose a spot on the Rising world '/warp rising'
    You can do /getpos to check which world you're in.

    We don't do WorldEdit apps for towns (flattening to a certain y level) and I also put the town name as 'Theone' (it wasnt taken)
