    The greatest world class mansion, of about 50x50, and I emphasize on "world class" would have a market value of about 50k. Simple little dime a dozen modern houses are worth like 10k at best.

    *Maybe that was an understatement, but my meaning is maintained*

    What basis of comparison do you have to make this judgement? I've pre-built 3 towns and have sold mansions for over 100k. I also have mansions that easily have over 50k worth of materials in them. If you factor in materials, labor, time and aesthetic value it far exceeds 50k. Please show me where I can get a "world class" mansion for 50k. I'll buy some.

    Shotgunboys mansions are quality. They are something that you are proud to own. Mrbojangles mansion to him an extremely high amount of effort and time. I did the interior and witnessed all of his amazing work. I understand why many of you would think 50k would be the right price, but, the roof of that mansion was 15k-20k alone. The rest of the materials added up fast and were expensive. Shotgun needs to make profit and that is why they are expensive. If you buy one of his mansion, you won't regret it:)
