Oreo, after looking at your staff applications, I noticed you are not hiring. I hope a job opens up soon. It sounds like a great idea. I have tp so I can teleport people to the mall's entrance, or to certain shops.

Okay, nooby question time: Where do I go to get to the mall? I don't have tp and have only ever been teleported there myself. I don't want to have to rely on someone being there to get there myself, so anyone have directions?

PS: The shop place you've got is great, its just that i have not had a lot of business any (just $0.21) in sticks...

 

It has come to my attention lately that some users have had issues using the Google Drive website to access our Mall Stall Applications and Mall Rules. I have included both of those below (in spoilers) in case you are unable to log onto drive. If you continue to encounter technical difficulties, please forum pm me and I will do my best to resolve them.

Mall Rules

In the mall you can find several shops run by users. This mall is run by users like you who don't want to pay the expensive 5k/wk at the regular spawnshops. These shops have more space than a regular spawnshop, and cost only 2k/wk. The price is less than 1/2 the price per week also! Why wouldn't you want to join this community? By now you may be wondering, how do I get involved? It's actually VERY simple. Just look at the list of current shops that are open, copy and paste the shop application onto this thread and fill it out. Then you just wait! When we get to your application, if the shop is truly open, we will prepare it for you (place a rent sign and add your name to the shop sign). Of course, with something like this, we have some rules to follow.

Rules:

1) Don't alter the wood structure that surrounds your shop

2) Don't build in shops that are not yours.

3) Don't change the ceiling or flooring

4) Be creative with your inside

5) Pay your rent on time

6) Spread the word about this mall (Which owning a shop you would naturally do so)

7) Be the rank Resident or higher

8) You can only alter your wood structure if you are one of the stations next to the stairs, make note of the change in your application or request it on this thread later on.

9) You are to not build in the rest of the town

10) When I say "cow?" in the application, reply "oink"

11) If you're working with a friend in a shop, both users are held responsible if rent is late.

12) If rent is late, BOTH users will be removed.

13) If applying with a friend, your application can't be approved until both users apply

14) If you are inactive for 7 or more days, your shop will be cleared.

15) You MUST advertise, if you want to bring people in that is

16) Either advertise for the mall as a whole, or for your shop, stating in the Sweden Mall

17) ADVERTISING IS A MUST

18) Users MAY sell any size shop, or any type of shop. Just use the application below.

19)All rent due by 11:59pm CST on the due date.

Consequences:

Fines, Shop removal, and Town bans

Fines - $1500

Shop Removal - Self explanatory

Town Bans - Become not welcome in the town.
