Minecraft Name: Mission001 Suggestion: Make the feature that gives you the ability to Transfer EcoDollars on the Forum Free for all Users. Reason: The Forum Bank is a great feature already that should be used by all. A. Having the ability to have automatic proof that you have made a transaction to someone. This means that these can be used as proof of payments of items, loans and many other things. We have seem numerous time that some people unfortunately do not collect the correct evidence when filing a complaint on someone who did not pay them for something etc. B.Also being able to pay someone while they are offline is an amazing advantage. It is generally helpful for everyone and also negates the 'I couldn't pay you because you were offline' and drag that excuse out every time. B. The Forum Bank can be tracked very easily by the administration and would be very easily to look into when people provide evidence of their transaction logs. C. Could potentially encourage users to make forum contracts rather then ingame because as soon as the contract is approved. And like I said, players can pay others when either are offline. Or both! Other Information: Dont want something being lost from Forum Gold? Re-Add sparkly names as i'm everyone is pro that as well. actually a serious point from me, those were gross and I'm glad we got rid of them adding this ability to everyone would have a lot of benefits but I'm also pretty sure andrew's said no to it being added to everyone before. would probably need to be restricted to mayor/pres+.
Hm, I thought this was already the case. I don’t really see any benefit to restricting it other than generating money for the server, but people spend $100 to vanish for that. This is one of those things that seems more like a right than a perk to me.
trust me there are a few not going into why as I don't feel like giving details into abusing the bank but there are benefits which is why andrew will likely never totally unrestrict it
+1. Not only does this help with what @Mission001 said, but it also benefits those in different timezones. Scammers now have no excuse, as Mission said too. This is a fabulous suggestion
+1. On a personal note, before I got forum gold, I had to pay a middleman to pay someone on the forums, and the middleman said I never paid him (I had proof tho). This will also help with that situation too.
Having it as a mayor+ feature would be logical as for the most part, it's usually at mayor rank when players start to take out loans and really get into the economy/money making (Except for players like Matrix aha). It would also give players in some special cases, a chance to transfer funds from the forum bank if they are banned for whatever reason... Just my view on it, I'm sure there are valid reasons as to why this would be a bad suggestion to implement.. But I am +1 to this suggestion
If Mayor+ is too low, then Tycoon+ should also be a possibile compromise. It would give some additional real value to ranks who don’t really get anything useful. Sure, town claim and a cool name tag. But after you use your claim you’re left with nothing useful. This would be useful.
I think it should be restricted to Tycoon+ because, Tycoon is currently a rip off imo lol If this is accepted, I think people who bought Forum Premium before the change should still keep it
What’s the point if only tycoon+? Defeats everything he is suggesting... I do feel Mayor+ would make more sense since most risky transactions would likely occur providing solid evidence to prevent scams.. I’m always +1 to help eliminate potential scamming although it won’t sadly.
