Actually it's a animated sasuke uchiha from Naruto Shippuden when he joined the akatsuki. ;)

EDIT: Before sasuke left the hidden leaf village him and Naruto fought and Naruto scratched his headband which he is clearly wearing in the image. :)

P.S: I know everything about Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, But i must admit it does look a little like Itachi Uchiha, But remember that sasuke gained his brothers eyes in Naruto shippuden. And surpassed them. ;)

It doesn't just look like Itachi, it has every single trait itachi has and Sasuke doesn't.
Those two lines on his face for example, and his clothing, it's exactly the same.



while sasuke looks like this with his akatsuki robe.


Note that he discarded his headband a long time before he joined the akatsuki for a bit, meaning the picture in your pokemon card is Uchiha Itachi, and not Uchiha Sasuke.

I've watched all of Naruto and I've read all the manga up until the latest one, I know almost all of the things. :b

you're right i admit it. I'll go die in shame now.... Nah I'm just going to watch some more naruto shippuden good job though. ;)
