    Suggestion: Make a user saying "Reporting" or "Reported" in chat against the rules. I would consider it to be flaimbating, as it just stirs up arguments, instead of quietly reporting users and letting them find out for themselves that there was a complaint filed on them.

    I agree, but to me this falls under "flame baiting" and doesn't need an additional clause. But yeah it is rude, unnecessary, and flame baiting and it shouldn't be accepted.
