Result:Spawner destoyed but block where the spawner was is still locked.

Expected Result:My spawner still being there.

Evidence:I went to my locked spawner and it was gone. I got generalgoe and he said the block was still locked but the spawner is gone?! Btw user_1241 destroyed spawner.
