Auction closes for a station after 24 hours of no bids.

You should post your reply with a format similar to this:

The bidding starts at 50,000 EcoDollars for the 4 weeks.
Minimum bid increments will be 25,000 EcoDollars. You can of course bid by much more.

You must reply with a bid amount and *only* a bid amount. Nothing else will be posted in this thread. No questions, no cheers, no comments, nothing. Posting absolutely anything but a bid amount will result in an INSTANT THREAD BAN. (You will not be able to participate in this auction afterwards)

In the event a bid is less then the previous bid your bid will be void. Any trolling / abuse will also result in an instant thread ban.

You must have the amount you are bidding in your in-game balance on Main/Main North/Main East at the time of your bid and the amount must remain in your in-game balance for the entire time that your bid is the leading bid until the end of the auction. If you do not this as well will result in an immediate thread ban.

If you are the winner your bid will be absolutely forced on you. If you cannot pay the final bid it will result in confiscation of EcoDollars / property to pay for the auction. Bid with extreme caution.

You are allowed to participate in this auction even if you already own a trade shop on any server.

All bids must be 100% paid for by the immediate closing of the auction.
