I suggest we remove squid as a mob from the server...

They don't have a purpose. The only thing they drop is an inc sack, which we don't need because we have black wool for sale in the server wool-store. Squid are a huge cause for lag around places that have water, they're a "stupid" AI which get stuck on literally everything, and more and more spawn over and over again as time goes by which causes more and more lag as dozens start spawning. I've personally killed thirty in one go, and lag was dramatically lower once they were killed.

Thank you for your thoughts and ideas @welikeike22.

I apologize for the delay in reaching out to you regarding this suggestion. I will be honest with you. I truly did spend over 8 years pondering over this request, endlessly. From sleepless nights, to lonely walks on the beach away from society in hopes I can make a proper decision for the greater good in regards to these creatures.

It is unfortunate however that after all this time, Squids will not be removed from EcoCityCraft. After nearly a decade of studying these cephalopods in several countries around the globe, I have decided that, although they may look slightly unpleasing, they too have a place in our community.

Once again, I'm sorry I couldn't give you a more promising outcome.
