+1 this does sound interesting maybe have a randomizer so it can choose a random jobs skill to x2 every week or upon restart of the server?
+1 rotating things like this ie adding new content as much as possible keeps the game fun and interesting
+1 Though I think it should be weighted to the jobs that are barely used. Things like Mining, Woodcutting, Digging don't need a X2 week
While it won't be a week long bonus for a single set of jobs, I have implemented a varied boost schedule. Different jobs will be boosted at different rates every single day. The length of the bonus varies too. This is a Beta system, we'll run it as is for 1-2 weeks and then I'll make tweaks.
