Due to the amount of pay to win we still have im guna -1 this its still hard for new players have to give them a incentive to stay.
No, it's all automated now via /register (which used to give $1000 but now gives $10,000). I agree it should be lowered. Basically getting resident paid for you isn't showing people that we're a hardcore economy.
