Due to how our cooldown functionality works, This is not actually part of the lottery plugin. Would have to be a completely different cooldown system and command. Such as a custom coded /cooldowns command. We won't be investing development hours into this at this time, perhaps sometime in the future when he have more cooldowns should it really become necessary. The only cooldowns that this would be useful for are /magic and /mythicupgrade, however those can be run without holding anything in hand to check your cooldown.
