/lock Armour Stands and item frames​

What are you suggesting:

Allow us to /lock Armour stands so other users can't interact with it and take stuff off the stand. Item frames as well trying to put stuff on display yet it's being taken down by thieves in the town and I don't think log blocks picks up any of this so it's just theft.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I think it's ridiculous that we can lock banners, but we can't lock armour stands why should banners be locked at all? I know in the past people have complained about elytra's being stolen and heads. I'm trying to make a shop in my town yet I'm having thieves take from the item frames and the fake shopkeeper that I made using a head and armour on the armour stand.​
