Increase Lotto Tix chance in starcasino​

What are you suggesting:

For the final 24-48 hours of the super crazy lotto, increase the chance to get 'free' lotto tickets from the Star Casino, to give last minute value to nether stars :D

%'s could be ranging anywhere from 20-40%, or even higher.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Will give people who have extra stars laying around, but may not have a lot of cash, an opportunity to have a chance at the big one.​

Other information:

Was thinking can remove some of the other prizes, or add more variations of lotto tickets available in the slot machine.​
