Add /slab and /stair to ExtCreations​

What are you suggesting:

Adding a command such as /slab and /stair that would automatically craft whichever stone type of block that is being held into the respective command entered. An example would be if you were holding a stack of stone blocks and typed /slab, you would be given two stacks of stone slabs, just like using a stone cutter. An additional item to this suggestion would be adding an "all" option just like the /smelt command, where all of the same block in an inventory would be converted to a slab or stair block.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Saves crafting time instead of using a crafting table or stone cutter.​
