What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:

Town greeting.​

What are you suggesting:

Give users who have towncontrol or towncontrolplus (whatever one) to make town greeting message thingys.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Provides additional value for said feature. It also is something that I have thought ECC has been missing for ages.​

@LaggyTryHard. Yeah. That is already a default feature of worldguard, afaik. ECC just hasn't used it in years (pretty sure we used to, idk tho).
