What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    Main City Server
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Support lenders
    What are you suggesting:
A lot of people who gave out loans got scammed. So I was thinking what if ECC supported those players? If the following conditions are met loaners are able to get their money back that they lost:
    1) Proof that a loan has been given (also used to report player).
    2) A report needs to be made and the player has to be punished.
    3) If the banned player did not appeal, come up with a payment plan for 6 months, the lender can complete a specific form and this will get reviewed by staff.
    4) The player that scammed the lender has to buy an unban off the store to be able to appeal.
    5) The player that scammed the lender will get ALL his progress reset in game and forum balance cleared, so we don't damage the economy by "spawning in money".
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
I know a lot of players (including me) that quit ECC because they got f****ed over by some players loan scamming.

If you're going to quit because someone didn't pay back a loan, you shouldn't be giving out loans.

In practice this just encourages people to give careless loans since they know they'll see their money. Not to mention, wiping the stats of the offending player hardly ensures no inflation. If that money has already been spent then it's still in the economy and wiping the offending player doesn't do anything - and in my experience, that's what happens in the majority of cases. People who still have the money usually pay back the loan because it's much easier than getting banned.
