Remove torches from /sell blocks​

What are you suggesting:

I like to carry a stack of torches on me while mining, to use as a marker for when I find mine shafts. However, I frequently have to move them out of my inventory whenever I use /sell blocks due to them selling as well. I'm not sure if this is something that only the mod creator can change, but if it's possible for us to change it, then that would be appreciated.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It would remove a minor inconvenience from those who carry torches while mining.​
